Cleaning

The Same Standard, Off the Concrete

Most people meet Check’s over a garage floor — but the IICRC certification on our license line is a cleaning-industry credential, and we put it to work. Carpet and tile take the same daily abuse a slab does; they just show it faster.

Carpet gets a genuine deep clean that reaches the soil a rental machine leaves behind. Tile and grout get machine scrubbing that works down into the grout lines where a mop never goes. Tell us what the floor looks like and we’ll tell you honestly what cleaning can bring back.

Floors are what we do — and not every floor is concrete. Check’s is IICRC certified, and we bring the same owner-led standard to deep-cleaning carpet, tile and grout that we bring to coating slabs.

Carpet & Tile Cleaning — Common Questions

The questions carpet & tile cleaning customers ask us most.

Carpet cleaning from an epoxy company?
From a floor company. The IICRC certification on our license line is the cleaning industry’s standard, and it is the same owner-led crew that does our coatings. If it is a floor in your house, we have a way to make it look better.
How long until the carpet is dry?
It depends on the carpet, how soiled it was and your airflow — most rooms are back in use the same day. We will give you a realistic time for your home before we start, not a one-size answer.
Can you get years of grime out of grout lines?
Usually a dramatic amount of it. Machine scrubbing reaches where a mop never has, and grout that is several shades darker than it started often comes back close to original. If a line is stained rather than dirty, we will tell you honestly what cleaning can and cannot do.
